Since 1st January 2022, Qualiopi certification has been a prerequisite for access to public and pooled funding for any training provider, skills assessment centre or apprenticeship training centre (CFA). The body covers Qualiopi certification as well as several ISO and CSR standards, enabling it to support structures with varied profiles without multiplying the number of points of contact.
What sets CAPCERT apart specifically in the Qualiopi segment is that the organisation applies a flat rate per audit including travel expenses, rather than variable billing depending on the auditor assigned. Proneo Certification, based in Paris, relies on a network of 150 auditors spread across the entire country, including the French overseas departments and regions (DROM-COM). Accredited for over six years for the ISO 9001 standard and Qualiopi certification, the organisation also offers the Label F (CSR) and ISO 20121.
What sets Proneo apart is this ability to quickly mobilise a locally available auditor using a digital scheduling tool. However, the market recognises that the organisation has been established for a shorter time than other long-standing players in this ranking, a factor that may count against it for structures looking for a long-established partner.

Qualitia Certification, accredited by COFRAC under no. 5-0617, positions itself as an independent, human-scale organisation. Beyond Qualiopi, it covers ISO standards 9001, 14001 and 45001, as well as a network geolocation certification standard, an atypical diversification in this market.
